Yes! Book My Mechanic is designed exclusively for workshops using Mechanic Desk, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration.
Can I customise the booking system?
Yes, to some degree. We will customise your booking page to suit your branding and help you to set up your workshop availability, service types, and booking preferences.
Please note, there are some limitations to what we can do, due to restrictions from MechanicDesk’s API. If and when they allow more API connections, we will look to integrate these into our tool.
What will my booking URL look like?
Your booking URL will be a unique link generated through Mechanic Desk, in this format: yourworkshop.bookmymechanic.com.au.
You can share this link on your website, social media, and emails for easy access.
What if I don’t have a website?
No problem! Your booking link functions as a standalone page, allowing customers to book online with ease. However, having a dedicated website can significantly enhance your business’s visibility and credibility.
If you’re looking for a fully managed, professional website, our parent company, Uplift Web Solutions, offers an all-inclusive website package for just $299 per month, and they will link your booking page with your website free of charge.
